Narrow BandPass filters

Narrowband pass filters are made using processes such as ion-assisted and ion beam sputtering; the selectable center wavelength range is 320-2000 nm, with a half-bandwidth range of 2-10 nm. They are widely used in optoelectronic detection equipment for life and health, fluorescence detection, biochemical analysis, and bioimaging.

About Bandpass filters

Bandpass filters are made by Ion-Assisted Deposition (IAD) or Ion Beam Sputtering (IBS) coating technology (excluding UV and IR bands). The film structure is strong and dense, and the working wavelength is stable, making it suitable for use in complex environments such as indoors and outdoors. According to the working wavelength, they can be divided into UV bandpass filters, visible light bandpass filters, near-infrared bandpass filters, and mid-to-far-infrared bandpass filters. According to the number of passbands, they can be classified into single-bandpass filters, dual-bandpass filters, and multi-bandpass filters. We select suitable coating materials, coating processes, film system designs, and film thickness monitoring schemes according to comprehensive factors such as the working wavelength of the bandpass filter, spectral bandwidth, angle of incidence, and background suppression to customize products that meet customer requirements. A considerable number of bandpass filters are also available in stock, and we welcome inquiries.
