QPCR optical Filter

Maxoptics.cn provides a series of QPCR fluorescence detection filters. Depending on the fluorescent dye/probe, the central wavelength, spectral bandwidth, and specification size of excitation/emission filters can be customized. All filters have high transmission, suppress background noise to OD6 or higher; excitation and emission filters are highly isolated from each other, effectively reducing cross-interference during multi-band measurements. Working principle of qPCR real-time fluorescence quantitative analyzer: By adding fluorescent probes or dyes to the PCR reaction, the fluorescence signal changes during nucleic acid amplification are dynamically monitored, thereby achieving real-time quantitative analysis of the initial template. Applications: qPCR real-time fluorescence quantitative analyzer, flow cytometer, fluorescence microscope.
